What is the procedure for Return?

At, your satisfaction is always guaranteed! That is why we allow return of our products. 



Return Procedure

  1. All returns will be refunded to the payment method you used.

  2. You need to send us an email and tell us the reason of returning.   Then you will need to send the product to us in Hong Kong. The address will be given to you in the email.  Please use a trackable delivery method and keep your proof of postage and tracking number when shipping back your returns as this will avoid any dispute in the event of any lost mail. The return postage will be at your own cost and we are not liable for any return packages that may become lost in transit.

Criteria for returns:

  1. The item(s) must be in their original conditions, i.e. unaltered, undamaged and unwashed, with the original packaging.

  2. All returns have to reach us within 30 days from your order being dispatched from our warehouse.

  3. Upon receiving your return parcel, we will check if the item(s) met all of the qualifying conditions listed above. If yes, the refund will be sent to your payment method within 30 business days. 

  4. Returns outside the stipulated timeframes will not be accepted.

  5. Customers found returning items repeatedly may be refused at our discretion.

  6. Items bought on sale are not eligible for returns.

How do I know the status of my return/exchange?

Please allow 7 business days upon receiving your parcel for us to process your return request. If you have not heard back from us by the end of 7 business days, please email us at and we will assist you accordingly.
