Delivery Information

Standard Delivery Information

  1. Our order will be shipped by SF Express within 6 working days from Hong Kong.

  2. Please give us your shipping address in English, other languages are not accepted.

  3. Please allow extra days for Hong Kong holidays and weekends. 

  4. We’re sorry, shipping to a PO Box address is not possible.    

  5. Please be aware that if you place multiple orders close to each other, they may be packed together to ensure you receive the goods as quickly as possible.

  6. *Shipments collected from or delivered to Hong Kong's residential address will be subject to HKD 20 surcharge.

         *Shipments collected from or delivered to Hong Kong's Remote Areas will be subject to HKD 20 surcharge.

         *The above service charges are paid by receivers. Shipments collected from or delivered to the above locations                            require an additional business day.

         *If residential address locates in remote area, only Remote Area Surcharge will be charged.​

   7.  If you order more than one item, please send us an email directly before placing the order.    We want to calculate and             keep your shipping fee to the minimum.  


Tracking Your Order

  1. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via e-mail.

  2. To track your parcel, simply click on the link in the e-mail and you’ll be directed to the courier website. If you cannot locate the tracking e-mail, please make sure you’ve checked your junk/spam folder.

If you cannot find your parcel,

Simply check the online tracking for your parcel by clicking on the link in your e-mail from us. If the parcel shows it’s been delivered, but you haven’t received anything, you should firstly:

  • Check if a family member has signed for the parcel at your address

  • Check around your property as the parcel may have been left in a safe place

  • Check if a calling card has been left. If you were not at home to accept delivery, the courier should leave a card with their contact details and you can arrange the redelivery yourself
